Fondant classes!

So, I've started taking a Fondant class taught by a well known cake decorator. Boy, have I learned some tricks... You know sometimes when you teach yourself to do something and you find yourself doing everything the hard way.... well now I am learning to do those things a lot easier! Can't wait to try all of my new skills!
